Dr. Alexis Patel
Dr. Alexis Patel is a Lowcountry native excited to serve the people of her community. She obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Wildlife & Fisheries Biology from Clemson University before obtaining her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the Medical University of South Carolina.
Dr. Patel believes in the importance of educating patients about their oral health in order to provide the best comprehensive patient care possible. She strives to provide a gentle and comfortable patient experience, while promising to always keep her patients’ best interests in mind.
Dr. Patel provides a variety of dental services including restorative work (fillings), crown and bridge, root canals, extractions, dentures, and more. She is committed to continuous professional growth through continuing education courses and is a member of the South Carolina Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry.
As a lifelong resident of coastal South Carolina, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time outdoors with family, friends, and her labrador retriever, “Red.”
Bailey Deas
Bailey Deas was born in Asheville, NC and was raised between Hickory, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. Bailey has been a resident of South Carolina since 2010. She’s an alumni of Socastee High School, and The Academy of the Arts, Science, and Technology, majoring in pre-medicine. She received her Associate’s in Applied Science and Dental Hygiene from Horry Georgetown Technical College and has been serving the Grand Strand since 2019.
Our hygienist, Bailey, is dedicated to delivering high quality patient care and making sure her patients are comfortable and confident in their smiles and oral health. She believes that the patient and hygienist should work together through the ever-changing from start to end of life to prevent dental or gum issues.
She has experience with special needs patients, children of all ages and our geriatric and Spanish speaking community.
In her spare time, Bailey likes to spend time with her husband, son, and rat-terrier named Minerva. Her hobbies include water-coloring, lifting weights, salt and fresh water fishing, kayaking and doing yoga.
